Shipping Confirmation

 

We ship from Basel Switzerland. 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipment notification by email.

From that point on the delivery should occur within the time frame specified by us. If your order is traceable you can trace it by signing into your customer account.

 

 

Faulty Article

 

We want all of our customers to receive high quality products. If you are of the opinion that one of the received products is faulty, please inform us immediately by contacting our customer service.

 

We are committed to resolve any cases that concern a faulty article as soon as possible. To solve this problem for you you have to inform us immediately after noticing the fault.

Please inform us immediately with any details regarding the order, the article and the fault that you discovered, so we can find an alternative for you.

 

Incorrect Article

 

Should your order contain an incorrect article, please let us know immediately by contacting our customer service under hello@runlola.com.  Our team will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

 

Missing Article

 

It is possible that we do not ship all articles from your order at the same time. So please check the shipment emails to find out if one or more of the ordered products are shipped separately.

 

If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries, the shipment slip will only list the articles contained in this delivery.

 

Please check every shipment slip of every delivery to ensure that nothing has been forgotten. Should one or more articles be missing, please contact our customer service.

 

 

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

 We ship from Switzerland therefore there will be no custom duties if you are living in Switzerland. For other countries there may be custom duties please check for your country.
